3/2 at 12:28 a.m. William T. Fogg, 19, of Gray, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of possessing a suspended license, refusing to sign a summons and consuming liquor as a minor.

3/2 at 2 a.m. Joseph B. Nguany, 25, of Portland, was arrested on Grandview Avenue by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of operating after revocation for being a habitual offender, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer and exceeding the speed limit by more than 30 mph.

3/2 at 6:21 p.m. Michael W. Verney, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jared Nabel on an outstanding warrant from another agency and violating conditions of release.

3/3 at 12:37 a.m. Russell Vonaa, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Ryan Le on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release.

3/3 at 1:02 a.m. Clement P. Dodd, 49, of South Portland, was arrested on Pickett Street by Officer Erin Curry on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

3/5 at 4:53 a.m. Monica Derrig, 41, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
