2/26 at 9:35 p.m. Andrew J. Townsend, 50, of Buxton, was arrested on Portland Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of violation of a protection order. 

2/28 at 12:47 p.m. Foster Kane, 50, of Bangor, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer John Bostwick on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

2/28 at 9:56 p.m. Ryan J. Towne, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and operating under the influence. 

2/28 at 11:56 p.m. Shawn Mains, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on an outstanding local warrant. 

2/29 at 4:19 p.m. Melquan L. Jordan, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on Route 703 by Officer Shane Stephenson on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and violating conditions of release. 

3/2 at 1:53 a.m. Tyler J. Garland, 36, of Cumberland, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Jacob LaChance on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

3/3 at 9:57 p.m. David Hanson, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Woodbury Street by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/29 at 4:58 p.m. Clive M. Thomas, 48, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating with expired registration. 

3/2 at 12:35 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of terrorizing. 

3/2 at 4:10 p.m. Laura Schlosser, 51, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Sawyer Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/2 at 4:45 p.m. Gary L. Bredbenner, 61, of Denver, Pennsylvania, was issued a summons on Duck Pond Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. 

3/3 at 12:59 a.m. George Higgins, 49, of Portland, was issued a summons on Cottage Road by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on a charge of operating with expired registration.
