2/16 at 1:19 a.m. Jedidiah M. Merrill, 19, of Windham, was arrested on East Wainwright Circle by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of burglary, criminal threatening, assault, carrying a concealed weapon and transporting liquor as a minor.

2/16 at 1:30 a.m. Joshua G. Miller, 18, of Portland, was arrested on Dyer Street by Officer Chris Schofield on charges of domestic violence assault, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
