5/23 at 4:02 p.m. Ronald Gould, 24, was arrested on Elsmere Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of terrorizing.

5/23 at 5:34 p.m. Travis Pittman, 19, of Atlanta, Ga., was arrested on Alfred Street by Officer Kenneth Cronin on a charge of being a transient seller without registering.

5/23 at 6:08 p.m. Todd Davis, 19, of Rocky Mount, N.C., was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of being a transient seller without a permit.  

5/24 at 12:25 p.m. Madhumathi Malla, 31, was arrested on Liberty Lane by Officer Paul Lambert on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief. 

5/24 at 9:40 p.m. Andrew Durgin, 31, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of criminal trespass.

5/27 at 4:17 p.m. Alexis Vaillancourt, 18, of Parsonsfield, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/26 at 11:57 p.m. A 15-year-old was arrested on Red Oak Drive by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of assault.  

5/28 at 2:45 a.m. Kristen Carver, 23, of Lewiston, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of violating conditional release, operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license. 

5/28 at 8:02 a.m. Michael Galibois, 46, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Kevin Battle on a charge of domestic violence assault.

5/28 at 11:24 a.m. Gillian Lukasik, 26, of Nashua N.H., was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.  

5/28 at 9:42 p.m. Richard Matchett, 45, was arrested on Bishop Avenue by Officer David Stailing on a warrant for unpaid fines.

5/24 at 12:15 a.m. William Kelley, 50, was summonsed on Market Street by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of operating without a license.

5/24 at 4:53 p.m. Edward Schnopp, 26, was summonsed on Westbrook Street by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

5/24 at 6:19 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Hill Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco products by a minor.  

5/25 at 3:49 p.m. Alex Wellington, 20, was summonsed on Fort Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor. 

5/25 at 6:13 p.m. McDonough Terry, 34, of Portland, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer John Sutton on a charge of criminal speeding.

5/26 at 8:29 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Webster on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

A walking menace

5/23 at 8:25 p.m. Police responded to an Elsmere Avenue residence after a woman was reportedly threatened by a man throughout the day. Officer Jeffrey Pooler noticed a Ronald Gould, 24, walking near the residence and arrested him on a charge of terrorizing. 

A tough sell

5/23 Police received several complaints about individuals going door to door selling magazine subscriptions. Police located two 19-year-old men, Tavaris Pittman, of Atlanta, Ga., and Todd Davis, of Rocky Mount, N.C., and arrested them for being transient sellers without registration.

5/24 at 9:45 p.m. An Ocean Street property owner discovered a man sleeping in his basement. Police arrested Andrew Durgin, 31, for criminal trespass. 

In a hurry

5/25 at 6:20 p.m. Officer Jay Sutton clocked a vehicle traveling 63 mph on Gorham Road, where the posted speed limit is 30 mph. McDonough Terry, 34, of Portland, was arrested for criminal speed.
