6/15 at 1:21 a.m. Amy Prout, 41, of Scarborough, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/15 at 4:40 p.m. James Tanner, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of operating under the influence and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/15 at 9:55 p.m. Darren Commerford, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Kittridge Road by Officer Kaitlin Harper on charges of assault, trafficking in prison contraband and violating conditions of release. Charges were dropped in August 2014.

6/16 at 7:12 p.m. Jolene S. Nelson, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Jesse Peasley on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
