Full moon lights way to arrest

5/23 at 12:13 a.m. A motorist reported three men walking on Route 77 toward Mahoney School, one of which the motorist said had mooned a passersby. Officers responded to the complaint and eventually found and identified the men, one of whom — Tayla McKenzie Woodman, 18, of Brunswick — was arrested on an unrelated warrant. No action was taken regarding the alleged mooning.

Burglary suspect charged behind bars

5/26 at 5:53 a.m. Police responded to a 911 hang-up on Margaret Street. Upon arrival, police reportedly witnessed what they said was a domestic argument. Officers identified the adults present and ultimately arrested Casey Krissinger, 20, of South Portland, on an unrelated warrant and brought him to the Cumberland County Jail. While at the home, police noticed several GPS devices and other items, and reportedly were told Krissinger had just brought them to the residence. Krissinger was later charged with three counts of burglary to a motor vehicle in connection with the items, which police allege he stole from vehicles in the Ferry Village area.
