5/26 at 5:20 a.m. David T. Kenney, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Wescott Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of burglary and criminal mischief.

5/26 at 6:37 a.m. Rita Devito, 54, of Portland was arrested on Allen Avenue in Portland by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/28 at 2:03 a.m. Derek J. Griffin, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of violation of conditional release.

5/29 at 1:09 a.m. Amanda Spargo, 30, of South Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of assault.

5/29 at 1:09 a.m. Nicholas S. Waterman, 34, of South Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest, violation of a protective order and violation of conditional release.
