6/27 at 11:15 p.m. Police were called to the area of Broadway and Evans Street for a report of a screaming man jumping onto vehicles. Police detained a man identified as the alleged culprit by two motorists, but were unable to determine a cause for his behavior. Paul Schlosser, 24, of Standish, was summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct and violating conditional release.

Neighborhood ruff-neck

6/28 at 11:12 p.m. Police were called to Grand Street for a report of threatening phone calls. Police said the victim knew the caller, who was also seen roaming the neighborhood. A 17-year-old boy, located in the area and carrying a knife, was summonsed on charges of criminal threatening and carrying a concealed weapon.
