6/22 at 6:16 a.m. Joseph Brennan, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of violating conditions of release and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/22 at 11:19 p.m. Jeremy Connors, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Brigham Street by Officer Benjamin Macisso on an outstanding local warrant.
