7/12 at 1:43 p.m. Jacob Stockman, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release. 

7/12 at 10:49 p.m. Charles Aboda, 18, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on charges of possession of marijuana, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.
