7/12 at 12 a.m. Raymond Bailey, 27, was arrested on Barnstable Road by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of violation of a protective order.  

7/12 at 12:19 a.m. Dolores Stanton, 29, of Standish, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of operating under the influence, operating after revocation on license and failure to give correct name and date of birth. 

7/12 at 3:45 p.m. Joeseph Kingsbury, 22, was arrested on D Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, furnishing liquor to a minor, violation of conditional release and possession of a suspended license. 

7/12 at 6:53 p.m. Patricia Higgins, 42, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of operating under the influence. 

7/12 at 11:04 p.m. Shannon Lewis, 33, of Ridgeland, Miss., was arrested on Myrtle Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of domestic violence assault.

7/13 at 4:09 p.m. James Turner, 43, a transient, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of possession of a scheduled drug. 

7/13 at 4:16 p.m. Chad Nazer, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of violation of bail conditions. 

7/13 at 5:49 p.m. James Whitten, 38, was arrested on Jamestown Court by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of violation of protective order.

7/13 at 11:13 p.m. Bradford Archer, 22, was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property by Officer Seth Page on Cannon Road. 

7/14 at 3:52 p.m. Dustin Michaud, 20, was arrested on a warrant by Officer David Stailing on Cliff Avenue and on a charge of operating after suspension.

7/14 at 5:36 p.m. James Whitten, 38, was arrested on Jamestown Court by Officer Benjamin Macisso on charges of violation of bail conditions and violation of a protective order.

7/12 at 3:45 p.m. A 17-year-old, of Scarborough, was summonsed on D Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana.

7/14 at 1:52 p.m. A 13-year-old was summonsed on Pine Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor. 

7/15 at 8:22 p.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed on Sythburn Road by Benjamin Macisso on a charge of operating without a license. 

7/17 at 4 p.m. Tammy Morrill, 20, was summonsed on Pleasant Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Caldwell on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Afternoon partiers charged

7/12 at 4:30 p.m. Police were called to D Street for a report of an intoxicated youth. Upon arrival, officers met with the caller who pointed out the individuals in question. One was an adult; the other was a juvenile. Joseph Kingsbury, 22, was arrested on charges of carry a concealed weapon, furnishing liquor to a minor, possession of a suspended license and violation of conditional release. A 17-year-old girl, of Scarborough, was summonsed for possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

Ocean Street suspicions

7/13 at 1:55 p.m. Police were called to Ocean Street for a report of suspicious activity. No one was located at the site, but an inappropriately parked vehicle was towed.
