6/28 at 2:20 a.m. Darrell D. Turcotte, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/29 at 2:45 a.m. Lilyanna A. Evangelista, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kaitlyn Harper on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/29 at 2:50 a.m. Matthew K. Barning, 24, of Wantagh, New York, was arrested on Broadway by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/1 at 11:17 p.m. Rita A. Devito, 56, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer David Stailing on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

7/3 at 2 p.m. Mark Bridges, 55, of Norway, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of operating under the influence and tampering with or disabling an ignition.

7/3 at 11:13 p.m. Brian Hincks, 44, of South Portland, was arrested on McKinley Street by Officer Richard Habr on charges of trafficking in prison contraband and refusing to submit to arrest.
