6/27 at 9:40 p.m. Jessica L. Flanagan, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on an outstanding local warrant.

6/27 at 11:39 p.m. Austin T. Rickett, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of violating condition of release and possessing liquor as a minor.

6/29 at 8:28 p.m. Marie C. Netus, 22, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jeff Warren on a charge of engaging in prostitution. 

6/29 at 8:28 p.m. Miguel A. Perez, 26, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jeff Warren on a charge of sex trafficking. 

6/30 at 5:58 a.m. Lisa M. Collins, 46, of Portland, was arrested on Veteran’s Memorial Bridge by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

6/30 at 9:46 a.m. Jordan L. Lambert, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

6/30 at 7:46 p.m. Seth Allen, 26, of Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

6/30 at 11:32 p.m. David Kenney, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Ezekiel Collins on charges of assault, domestic violence terrorizing, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest. 

7/2 at 11:20 a.m. Katrina H. Pearce, 27, of Boothbay, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on charges of violating condition of release and misuse of public benefits instrument. 

7/3 at 1:29 a.m. Brianna L. Bower, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Preble Street by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence.
