1/19 at 1:20 a.m. Jonathan D. Twomey, 27, no address listed, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of criminal mischief. 

1/19 at 4:52 p.m. James D. Tetrault, 38, of Portland, was arrested on Clarks Pond Parkway by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of theft by deception. 

1/22 at 4:27 a.m. Joshua R. Powell, 30, of South Portland, was arrested on York Street by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, trafficking in prison contraband, possession of marijuana and operating under the influence. 

1/22 at 5:32 p.m. Regina M. Browne, 41, no address listed, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
