1/16 at 1:39 a.m. Melissa O’Connor, 18, of Boston, Mass., was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol by minors.

1/16 at 12:52 a.m. A patrol officer on Westbrook Street saw a young man standing over a loose pile of beer cans in a parking lot. When the man saw the officer, he stopped trying to pick up the cans and allegedly ran away. While in pursuit, the officer was informed of a robbery of a nearby convenience store, where a man allegedly stole a 12-pack of beer, but left a 30 pack behind after a struggle with a customer. Wayne Curlew, 19, was arrested on charges of robbery, refusing to submit to arrest and possession of alcohol.

1/16 at 3:52 p.m. Officers were called to the Maine Mall for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, officers saw one man being restrained by mall security. Although circumstances are unclear to police, witnesses said an argument took place when the man approached a woman, but another man with that woman intervened. Dylan Mullen, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release.

1/18 at 7:58 p.m. A patrol officer noticed a man walking in the middle of Gorham Road. When the officer approached with his cruiser, the man allegedly stopped and urinated in the roadway as motorists passed by and stopped for traffic lights. Mark Anthony Moreau, 40, was arrested on a charge of indecent conduct. The officer noted that a portable outdoor facility was located nearby.
