1/12 at 11 a.m. Christopher Whitten, 35, of Elliot, was arrested on High Street by Officer Richard Mearn on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/12 at 7:39 p.m. Stevens G. Lewis, 44, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Daniel Purinton on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license, refusing to submit to arrest and violating conditions of release.

1/12 at 8:35 p.m. William Norton, 33, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest and indecent conduct.
