1/14 at 1:14 p.m. Muataz T. Jabbar, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Loveitts Field Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal threatening. 

1/14 at 4:14 p.m. Hodan J. Ahmed, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Carignan Avenue by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating without a license and misuse of public benefits instrument. 

1/15 at 1:47 a.m. Mahamud H. Mahamud, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Carignan Avenue by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to give the correct name, address or date of birth.
