1/30 at 1:02 a.m. Ahmed Abdullah, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating  without a license. 

1/30 at 2:54 p.m. Ryan A. Johnson, 26, of Falmouth, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

2/4 at 9:51 a.m. Elizabeth W. Baldacci, 51, of Bangor, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/4 at 7:06 p.m. Sean Mulkern, 48, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating after habitual offender license revocation. 

2/5 at 4 p.m. Pedro J. Figueroa, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

2/5 at 5:05 p.m. Ahmed Hussain, 67, of Limington, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

2/6 at 1:32 a.m. Edward Tragler, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on North Kelsey Street by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating under the influence.  

2/6 at 8:28 p.m. Patrick A. Ricci, 48, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Bonnybank Terrace by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violating conditions of release.
