1/22 at 3:15 p.m. Robin Darling, 42, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Steven Connors on charges of possession of scheduled drugs, operating under the influence and trafficking in prison contraband.

1/22 at 8 p.m. Michale Orne, 27, of Saco, was arrested on Portland Road in Saco by Officer Seth Page on a charge of violation of a protective order.

1/22 at 11:05 p.m. Marcella Sowerby, 56, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of theft of services.

1/23 at 12:47 a.m. Caitlin Gentilini, 39, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/28 at 1:58 p.m. Donna Whitten, 45, was summonsed on County Way in Portland by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

Old habits die hard

1/25 at 5 p.m. Police responded to Philbrook Avenue for a report of a man bothering customers at a local business. Police determined the suspect had previously been summonsed for trespassing and was not allowed in the business, Mark Moreau, 40, who police say is a transient, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

Armed bullies

1/27 at 4:57 p.m. Police responded to Nelson Road, where two 13-year-olds said they were assaulted by a group of juveniles, some of whom had knives. The three juveniles, an 11-, 13- and 14 year-old, were summonsed on charges of assault. Police said no one was stuck with a knife found on the 14-year-old.

Bad check leads to summons

1/28 at 1 p.m. Police were asked to investigate a complaint made by an oil dealer, who made a delivery to a Marcelle Avenue home in December. The oil company said they were paid with a check from an account that had been closed. Police later located the suspect on County Way in Portland. Donna Whitten, 45, was summonsed on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.
