2/18 at 1:49 a.m. Natasha Dionisio, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs and operating a motor vehicle after habitual license revocation.

2/19 at 8:43 a.m. Dawn M. Fournier, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/19 at 12:34 p.m. John H. Chambers, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on Preble Street by Officer Kevin Theriault on a warrant.

2/19 at 6:54 p.m. Katina Fulton, 39, of Mattapan, Mass., was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Andrew Nelson on a warrant.

2/19 at 7:26 p.m. Robert B. Darling, 36, of Scarborough, was arrested on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/20 at 2:54 p.m. Leo P. Smith, 22, of Portland, was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/22 at 3:53 a.m. Joran L. Moody, 29, of Westbrook, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jeff Levesque on behalf of another agency.

2/23 at 6:40 p.m. Arthur Peterson, 69, of Hollis, was arrested on Breakwater Drive by Officer Patricia Maynard on charges of operating under the influence, operating after suspension and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

2/24 at 1:53 a.m. Mario R. Pissolatto, 37, of Philadelphia, was arrested on Cummings Road by Officer Kevin Theirault on charges of operating under the influence and criminal speeding.

2/24 at 4:34 p.m. Robert Renna, 26, of Scarborough, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/24 at 8:31 p.m. Rayquan T. Drew, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on Rainbow Avenue by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of fugitive from justice and on a warrant.

2/18 at 2:07 p.m. A 15-year-old South Portland boy was issued a summons on Elm Street by Officer Steven Connors on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence terrorizing.

2/18 at 2:11 p.m. Melissa Greeley, 31, of Portland, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer James Fahey on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/18 at 9:30 p.m. A 17-year-old South Portland girl was issued a summons on Brickhill Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of criminal mischief.

2/18 at 10 p.m. Justin Frye, 22, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Red Oak Drive by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of criminal mischief.

2/20 at 12:09 p.m. Elyse St. Laurent, 60, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Running Hill Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/20 at 5:21 p.m. Courtney Coteau, 23, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Westbrook Street by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/20 at 5:58 p.m. A 14-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, both of Westbrook, were issued summonses on Maine Mall Road by Officer David Stailing on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/24 at 12:31 a.m. Norman D. Jabar, 47, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Better not to gloat

2/18 at 10 p.m. By tracing a text message back to its sender, officers believe they determined who threw a patio brick through a car windshield at a Maine Mall restaurant last week. The victim received a text that said “I hope you like the brick.” Officers traced the text and eventually issued summonses to Justin Frye, 22, of South Portland, and a 17-year-old South Portland girl on charges of criminal mischief.

Ghost smash

2/22 at 10 p.m. A resident heard glass smash near the intersection of Q and E streets, then saw a vehicle quickly leave that intersection. Officers arrived but found no evidence of vandalism or an accident.

Going for broke

2/24 at 8:56 p.m. Callers reported a panhandler in a business parking lot on Philbrook Road. The man allegedly parked his pickup truck and emerged several times to ask passersby for money. Officers told the beggar to move along.
