2/14 at 4:48 a.m. Heather L. Casella, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/15 at 7:11 p.m. David L. Perkins, 38, of Scarborough, was arrested on County Way by Officer Ryan Le on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

2/15 at 8:05 p.m. Amy E. Crowley Gleason, 32, of Standish, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

2/15 at 10:37 p.m. Evan Brady, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Allen Road by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release. 

2/15 at 10:42 p.m. Gina M. Clark, 36, of Steep Falls, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Ryan Le on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.
