2/13 at 5:34 p.m. William N. Flagg, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Harborview Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on an outstanding local warrant. 

2/14 at 4:48 a.m. Heather L. Casella, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/15 at 7:11 p.m. David L. Perkins, 38, of Scarborough, was arrested on County Way by Officer Ryan Le on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

2/15 at 8:05 p.m. Amy E. Crowley Gleason, 32, of Standish, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

2/15 at 10:37 p.m. Evan Brady, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Allen Road by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release. 

2/15 at 10:42 p.m. Gina M. Clark, 36, of Steep Falls, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Ryan Le on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

2/17 at 7:04 p.m. Patricia A. Hopkins, 61, of South Portland, was arrested on Coach Road by Officer David Stailing on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

2/17 at 8:11 p.m. Michael Larson, 41, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release. 

2/19 at 6:34 p.m. Leon Warren, 37, of Standish, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and possession or transfer of theft devices. 

2/19 at 10:26 p.m. Cheryl G. DeGeorge, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/17 at 4:13 p.m. Anton D. Williams, 44, of Lisbon, was issued a summons on Anthoine Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and violating conditions of release.
