2/5 at 10:22 p.m. Charles James Phillips, 22, of Detroit, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of operating vehicle without a license. 

2/5 at 11:29 p.m. Hector Luis Velasquez, 24, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on charges of illegal possession of a firearm, refusing to submit to arrest and violating condition of release. 

2/7 at 1:36 a.m. Brentton R. Mathieu, 31, of Raymond, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Eric Young on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, and violating condition of release.

2/7 at 1:36 a.m. Richard Morin, 55, of Greene, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Eric Young on charges of two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and on a warrant. 

2/7 at 8:32 p.m. Michelle Turcotte, 34, of Lewiston, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of operating under the influence.
