2/11 at 12:31 a.m. Nathaniel M. Hayes, 37, of South Portland, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Jake Hall on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

2/11 at 1:07 a.m. Sheldon Dennison, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Theriault on a warrant.

2/11 at 3:25 a.m. Elgun E. Mikaiylov, 30, of Abington, Mass., was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/11 at 3:35 a.m. Billie-Jo Burgess, 37, of Standish, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/11 at 11:59 p.m. Ralph G. Libby, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

2/12 at 11:26 p.m. David E. Dodge, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on George Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

2/13 at 4:32 p.m. Andrew Solak, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Beach Street by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of operating without a license.

2/14 at 2:30 a.m. David A. Francis, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Grandview Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of aggravated assault, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and terrorizing.

2/16 at 12:27 a.m. Jeremy Anderson 29, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/16 at 1:52 p.m. Lisa L. Jenkins, 34, of Portland, was arrested on Fort Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on a warrant and a charge of operating after suspension.

2/17 at 5:06 p.m. Natasha Dionisio, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of trafficking in a schedule W drug and operating a motor vehicle after habitual license revocation.

2/14 at 9:29 p.m. Alexander Feldbauer, 23, of Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/15 at 12:54 p.m. A 15-year-old South Portland girl was issued a summons on Wescott Road by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

2/15 at 4:53 p.m. Shannon R. Meserve, 18, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/16 at 11:43 a.m. Robert L. Lobor, 56, of Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/17 at 8:11 a.m. A 17-year-old Portland girl was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating without a license.

2/17 at 3:15 p.m. Two 16-year-old Westbrook girls were issued summonses on Running Hill Road by Officer Robert Libby on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Snatch, steal, ditch

2/11 at 8:44 p.m. A man was observed allegedly stealing a pair of earrings valued at $70 from a Maine Mall store. Mall security attempted to detain the man, but he refused to stick around and headed for the parking lot. At some point, police believe the thief ditched the earrings because Officer Robert Libby found them in shrubs outside the mall. Michael Dawson, 30, of Gray, who mall security said stole the jewelry, was found in the parking lot and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

No harm, just fowl

2/16 at 12:32 p.m. A caller observed a man at the entrance to the Jetport Drive snapping photos in the direction of the airport. Police arrived and spoke with the man, who ended up being a birder – not a terrorist. 

Maine Mall restaurant robbed

2/20 at 10:45 p.m. Two employees of On The Border restaurant near the Maine Mall were reportedly robbed by two men. One employee was accosted at the rear of the store by both men. One suspect then entered the restaurant and allegedly robbed the manager for an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects then ran off. Police are currently following leads.
