2/7 at 2:34 a.m. Hillary A. Brennan, 24, of Vinalhaven, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/9 at 1:04 p.m. Ali J. Altimimi, 45, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, operating without a license and violating condition of release. 

2/11 at 1:24 p.m. Jameel Muhammed, 53, of South Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

2/13 at 1:13 a.m. Christopher Anderson, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana. 

2/13 at 8:32 p.m. Luis Calderon, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence.
