Arrests

2/6 at 4:02 p.m. Jason Scott, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Wermuth Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and criminal restraint.

2/7 at 6:29 p.m. Milan Misljenovic, 27, of South Portland, was arrested on County Way in Portland by Officer Kevin Sager on a warrant.

2/8 at 10:33 a.m. Brian William Cobb, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Battle on charges of trafficking marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.

2/8 at 2:21 p.m. Ken R. Lee, 42, South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer John Bostwick on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

2/9 at 12:48 p.m. Jaclyn G. Traverso, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Willard Street by Officer Christopher Todd on a warrant for being a fugitive of justice.

2/9 at 3:42 p.m. Stephen Docal, 26, of Roswell, Ga., was arrested on Exton Avenue by Officer Scott Corbett on charges on violation of a protective order and violating conditional release.

2/9 at 9:40 p.m. Jeffrey Mathews, 20, of Gorham, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of elevated aggravated assault.

2/10 at 1:27 a.m. Jessica Gallant, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of operating under the influence, violating conditional release and operating without a license.

2/7 at 6:52 p.m. Tena L. Kelsen, 55, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/8 at 4:13 p.m. Lorraine Kardash, 61, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean Street by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/8 at 3:04 p.m. Harold W. Adams, 43, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Westbrook Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of failing to report an accident quickly.

2/9 at 10:38 a.m. Joseph P. Ellis, 26, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Adam Howard on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

2/10 at 4:43 p.m. Kayla Trickett, 22, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Westbrook Street by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/10 at 7 p.m. Eric Flink, 18, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Margaret Street by Officer Patricia Maynard on charges of criminal mischief and harassment.

2/11 at 9:47 a.m. Jon Cianchette, 52, of South Portland, was issued a summonsed on Orlando Street by Officer Adam Howard on a charge of criminal trespass.

2/11 at 2:55 p.m. Tammie Hendrickson, 45, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

2/11 at 8 p.m. Vincent Cota, 18, of Scarborough, was summonsed on U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating after suspension.

7th time’s the charm

2/4 at 12:58 a.m. During routine overnight parking enforcement, Officer David Stailing observed a red Mercury Milan parked on Orlando Street that had six unpaid parking tickets. A seventh ticket was issued, and the car was towed.

Dog burglar

2/5 at 1:46 a.m. Officer Erin Curry was called to the 800 block of Broadway for a report of a residential burglary. The resident reported that someone had forced their way into the home and their dog was missing. Police said the pet was later located, and the case is still under investigation.

Front-end loaded rear-ended

2/5 at 10:59 p.m. Officer Patricia Maynard responded to a hit-and-run report involving a city-owned vehicle. Police said a city employee was driving a front-end loader along Broadway when it was struck by a black Dodge pick-up truck attempting to pass it. Police estimate about $500 in damage was done to the pick-up, which fled the scene.

Dispute yields drugs, weapons charges

2/8 at 10:33 a.m. Police were called to the 700 block of Broadway for a report of a man and woman arguing in the street. Officer Kevin Battle reportedly found the man in possession of suspected marijuana and two knives. Brian Cobb, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on charges of trafficking in marijuana and carry a concealed weapon.
