1/28 at 2:10 a.m. Matthew Findlay, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kim Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol. 

1/28 at 5:58 p.m. Yan Liu, 44, no address listed, was arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of engaging in prostitution. 

1/20 at 10:13 a.m. Devin Adams, 28, of Wilton, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of operating while license suspended and violating condition of release.
