1/29 at 5:22 a.m. Thaddius John Smith, 24, of West Gardiner, was arrested by Officer Kevin Sager on Western Avenue on charges of furnishing a schedule z drug and violating condition of release.

1/30 at 12:05 a.m. Ely Rhodes Emmons, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on High Street by Officer Erin Curry on charges of criminal threatening with dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

1/31 at 2:49 p.m. Andrew Townsend, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of theft.

1/31 at 5:33 p.m. Daniel Roy, 24, of Lyman, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of theft.

2/1 at 2:04 a.m. Joseph Sargent, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Peter Corbett on a warrant.

2/2 at 4:05 p.m. Desiree Normandeau, 25, of Porter, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/3 at 1:48 p.m. Two 16-year-olds from South Portland were both arrested on Devereaux Circle by Officer Kevin Battle on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

2/3 at 6:36 p.m. Mark Moreau, 40, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of theft and possession of transfer-theft device.

2/3 at 7:10 p.m. Michael B. Anthony, 28, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/3 at 8:17 a.m. A 14-year-old from South Portland was summonsed on Highland Avenue by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/3 at 7:02 p.m. Heather Gordon, 36, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft.

Someone is always watching

1/30 at 12:50 p.m. Police received a complaint from a man who said his pickup truck had been hit by another car while he had been parked on Main Street. A person witnessed the collision and provided police with the license plate number of the other vehicle. Officer Rocco Navarro located the car’s owner, Fonseca Grover, 48, at his South Portland address and summonsed him on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
