11/22 at 6:13 p.m. Anthony M. Johnson, 19, of Concord, New Hampshire, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license and violating conditions of release.

11/22 at 8:28 p.m. Nguat Nguat, 21, of Saco, was arrested on Market Street by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/23 at 10:14 p.m. Theodore Larkin, 52, of South Portland, was arrested on Bryant Street by Officer Ryan Le on charges of domestic violence assault, trafficking in prison contraband and obstructing the report of a crime.
