11/22 at 1:03 a.m. Alicia Gowell, 23, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating after suspension. 

11/22 at 7:28 a.m. Russell Lowe, 33, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Kevin Battle on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

11/22 at 7:59 a.m. Paul Bellino, 47, was arrested on Lincoln Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating after suspension.

Redbank brawl

11/21 at 12:24 a.m. Police were called to the Redbank area for a report of people fighting. Officers located and detained three people, some of whom tried to flee on foot. One of the suspects was allegedly combative and appeared to be drunk. A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of assault on an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, illegal possession of alcohol by consumption and failure to give correct name or date of birth. A second person, Brian Lavigne, 19, was summonsed on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Horned and hurried

11/21 at 8:30 p.m. Police were working a plain clothes detail when they observed an SUV travelling at high speeds on Gorham and Maine Mall roads. At one signaled intersection, the driver allegedly ran a red light to pass another vehicle, all the while sounding the horn and nearly causing an accident. Officers followed the vehicle to a parking lot near the Scarborough-South Portland line and summonsed the driver, Paul Aubry, 46, of Scarborough, on a charge of driving to endanger.
