12/8 at 5:11 p.m. Dana Bartlett, 19, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, theft of services with priors and trafficking in prison contraband.

12/8 at 5:11 p.m. Robert Cerulli, 18, of Portland was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft of services.

12/10 at 1:15 p.m. Katherine Dunn, 21, of Wells, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violation of conditional release, failure to give correct name and date of birth and on a warrant.

12/10 at 2:10 p.m. Jonathan Ashley, 19, of Rockland, was arrested on warrant by Officer Theodore Sargent on Sawyer Street. 

12/12 at 12:50 a.m. Robert Hysom, 32, of Richmond, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/12 at 1:18 a.m. Shawn Jeffrey, 43, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/12 at 1:18 a.m. Lisa Cioe, 44, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of operating under the influence, reckless conduct and aggravated assault.

12/10 at 4 p.m. A 16-year-old, of Westbrook, and a 17-year-old, of South Portland, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of theft by unauthorized taking. 

12/12 at 5:40 p.m. A 12-year-old, of North Yarmouth, a 14-year-old, of Chebeague Island, and a 12-year-old, of Cumberland, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Robert Libby on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

12/12 at 7:13 p.m. Two 17-year-olds, of Bethel, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Webster on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and possession of marijuana.

12/12 at 8:23 p.m. Ingrid Gerena, 18, of Saco, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

12/13 at 2:41 p.m. Saad Mohammed, 19, of Lewiston, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Benjamin Macisso on charges of violation of bail conditions and theft by unauthorized taking.

12/16 at 11:57 a.m. A 17-year-old, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Highland Avenue by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a juvenile.

Alleged bill-skippers

12/8 at 5:10 p.m. Police responded to a restaurant near Maine Mall Plaza for a report of two men who had allegedly left without paying for their meals. Police were told the men may have pointed a firearm at an employee who was chasing after them. Police located the suspects and the employee near a bus. All three were detained and an “air soft” gun and suspected marijuana were reportedly found on one of the suspects.  Dana Bartlett, 19, of Portland, was arrested on charges of theft of services, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and trafficking in prison contraband. Robert Cerulli, 18, of Portland, was arrested on charges of theft of services. 

Can’t beat the clock

12/13 at 7:40 a.m. Officer Brian McCarthy reportedly observed a car traveling eastbound on Broadway at a high rate of speed. The officer’s radar unit clocked the car as going 60 mph in a 30 mph zone. After stopping the vehicle, Meagan Seymour, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested on a charge of criminal speed.
