Arrests

11/12 at 1:01 p.m. Nicholas Currier, 29, of Westbrook, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on outstanding warrants from other agencies, and a charge of violating conditions of release. 

11/13 at 1:59 p.m. Narciso C. Coc, 40, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Scott Study on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

11/13 at 3:55 p.m. Daniel A. Seavey, 29, no address listed, was arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release. 

11/14 at 1:34 a.m. Josiah Cedre, 22, of Auburn, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph. 

11/14 at 10:19 p.m. Kianna Uter, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Liberty Lane by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of disorderly conduct. 

11/15 at 2:09 p.m. Steven J. Lockett, 37, no address listed, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft of services. 

11/15 at 4:16 p.m. Michael Pennell, 42, of South Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding local warrant, and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/17 at 3:38 p.m. Sophie Hoy, 23, of Scarborough, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on charges of domestic violence assault and recklessly endangering the welfare of a child. 

11/18 at 2:51 a.m. Ryan J. Robichaud, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

11/18 at 6:48 p.m. Brian Hale, 53, of South Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jacob LaChance on a charge of violating conditions of release.
