12/5 at 1:55 p.m. Adam Etzel, 30, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of violating conditional release and failure to give correct name or date of birth.

12/5 at 3:08 p.m. Catrina Seymore, 30, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of scheduled drugs and violating a condition of release.

12/6 at 4:06 p.m. Nicholas Gladu, 26, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Robert Scarpelli on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release.

12/8 at 2:59 p.m. Nicole Demonanville, 22, of Windham, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/9 at 11:40 a.m. Marie Farrington, 66, of Falmouth, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Pill-pocket

12/5 at 3:08 p.m. Police responded to a Philbrook Avenue business for a reported theft. A 44-year-old woman reportedly tried to buy some prescription medication with a credit card. When the card did not work, the woman allegedly put the pills in her purse and walked out of the store. Police later located the woman on Western Avenue near Broadway. Catrina Seymore was arrested on charges of theft, possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditional release.

What’s mine is mine

12/7 at 10:50 a.m. Police were called to a Broadway residence, where an ex-boyfriend had reportedly entered a home without permission to retrieve some of his belongings. The man had left the residence when police arrived, but returned when contacted by cell phone. Vance Samuel, 48, of Bowdoinham, was summonsed on a charge of criminal mischief.
