12/4 at 1:52 a.m. Heather L. Morse, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating without a driver’s license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
12/4 at 2:48 a.m. Samantha L. Downs, 21, of Buckfield, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating after suspension.
12/4 at 7:45 p.m. Adam Iglowski, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Osbourne Avenue by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of robbery. He was later charged with criminal mischief, driving to endanger and failure to stop for a police officer.
12/4 at 10:28 p.m. Michael Johnson, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Brighton Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of robbery.
12/7 at 10:56 p.m. Rebecca Sloan, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of operating under the influence.
12/8 at 3:20 p.m. Gary Ruest, 22, no hometown listed, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of forgery and negotiating a worthless instrument.
12/8 at 6:29 p.m. Garrett DeWitt, 25, of Westbrook, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and on a warrant.
12/8 at 9:09 p.m. Robert Steele, 41, of Windham, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
12/8 at 10:28 p.m. Devon Culberson, 20, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating without a license.
12/9 at 4:56 a.m. Kyle T. Sangillo, 19, of Scarborough, was arrested on Pamela Drive by Officer David Stailing on a warrant.
12/9 at 11:25 p.m. Chaun E. Rideout, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Valley Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of violation of a protection order.

12/3 at 3:11 p.m. A 15-year-old Westbrook girl was issued a summons on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Robert Libby on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
12/3 at 3:18 p.m. A 14-year-old Biddeford girl was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
12/5 at 6 p.m. Hashim Noh, 49, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Red Oak Drive by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of domestic-violence criminal threatening.
12/6 at 12:23 a.m. Brian R. Jipson, 25, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Westbrook Street by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of domestic-violence criminal threatening.
12/6 at 6:27 p.m. Cassandra J. Peavey, 45, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Cash Corner by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
A cross driver
12/6 at 3:12 p.m. A crossing guard on Broadway reported an incident of road rage when a driver nearly struck him and the children he was ferrying across the busy street. The driver allegedly yelled “Get out of my way!” and sped off, according to the crossing guard.
Batman, is that you?
12/6 at 11:28 p.m. An employee at a Cottage Road business was shocked to see a loiterer on top of the company’s roof when he ascended to do some maintenance work. The hangabout, who was reportedly a man in his late teens or early 20s, asked the employee if it was OK that he relax on the roof. The worker said no, and the man left without incident. Officers responded to a call for criminal mischief, but found the man was gone.
