11/15 at 12:14 p.m. Joanne Benner, 51, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

11/10 at 10:32 a.m. Conall J. McGinley, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Saco Avenue in Old Orchard Beach by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by deception.

11/11 at 1:36 a.m. Noah J. Laidlaw Cleaves, 20, of South Portland, was issued a summons on  Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating with an expired registration.

11/14 at 11:15 a.m. Amanda Schlosser, 27, of Portland, was issued a summons on Western Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

11/16 at 1:11 p.m. Grant Gahard, 23, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating with an expired registration.

11/16 at 3:52 p.m. Alexander Mains-Hays, 21, of Brunswick, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jesse Peasley on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/16 at 9:04 p.m. Kelly M. Hawkins, 46, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Third Street by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

11/17 at 10:38 p.m. Two 17-year-old females, both of Westbrook, were issued summonses on Running Hill Road by Officer Jesse Peasley on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.
