7/27 at 12:10 a.m. Alan Brule, 33, of Windham, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/27 at 1:31 a.m. Erik Day, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.
