7/26 at 2:26 a.m. Tyler J. Blackburn, 35, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/26 at 3:21 a.m. Kevin Tapley, 34, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, criminal mischief and domestic violence criminal threatening.
