7/25 at 1:56 a.m. Jeffrey D. Silvia, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Lydia Lane by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and violating conditions of release. 

7/25 at 2:17 a.m. Conor Alexander, 29, of Belfast, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Ryan Le on charges of operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

7/25 at 6:42 a.m. Colby Harriman-Ouellette, 19, no address listed, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

7/25 at 11:51 p.m. Charles T. Jackson, 18, of Yarmouth, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Ezekiel Collins on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

7/26 at 2:46 a.m. Daniel D. Forge, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on charges of possession of marijuana and operating under the influence. 

7/28 at 11:34 p.m. Danielle Bennett, 28, of South Portland, was arrested at Cash Corner by Officer Ryan Le on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/30 at 1:01 a.m. Francisco G. Cortes, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/30 at 1:10 a.m. Zuleyka D. Montero, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Sgt. Adam Howard on charges of assault and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

7/31 at 12:18 a.m. Jaymes Shaw, 29, of Standish, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/31 at 4:23 a.m. Devon M. Robinson, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence.
