7/25 at 4:53 p.m. Kellie Tucci, 40, was arrested on Preble Street by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of disorderly conduct. 

7/28 at 2:16 p.m. A 15-year-old was arrested on Westbrook by Officer Steven Connors on a probation hold. 

7/28 at 2:31 p.m. Robert Kovach, 20, of Manchester, Conn., was arrested on Broadway by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating after suspension. 

7/28 at 5:30 a.m. Jami Dixon, 20, of Scarborough, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violation of conditional release. 

7/28 at 6:16 p.m. Christine Colby, 23, was arrested on a warrant by Officer David Stailing and on a charge of operating after suspension on Broadway.

7/26 at 1:15 a.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed on North MacArthur Circle by Officer Seth Page on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

7/27 at 1:14 a.m. Brett Neville, 32, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Thomas Simmonds on a charge of possession of scheduled drugs.

7/27 at 2:51 p.m. Two 17-year-olds, of North Yarmouth and Cumberland, were summonsed on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking. 

7/27 at 10:59 p.m. Daniel Secord, 41, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Kevin Battle on charges of assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

7/28 at 8:55 p.m. David Francis, 25, was summonsed on Westbrook Street by Officer Kenneth Cronin on a charge of operating without a license.

7/31 at 8:50 a.m. Caryn Collins, 23, of Westbrook, was summonsed on the Turnpike Spur by Officer Kevin sager on a charge of operating with an expired license.

7/31 at 10:42 a.m. Mitchell Levesque, 21, of Westbrook, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating after suspension. 

Walloped

7/25 at 4:50 a.m. Police were called to a Preble Street residence three times within an hour and a half starting at 3:25 a.m. for a reported noise disturbance. Each time the officers arrived, they reportedly found a woman yelling and banging on the walls of her apartment. After reportedly ignoring repeated warnings to cease, Kellie Tucci, 40, was arrested for disorderly conduct. 

Slap, hit, smash & run

7/29 at 11:05 p.m. Police were called to a Broadway location for a reported assault and hit and run. The victim told officers that as she was getting out of her car, a man pulled up beside her car and hit her with his hand. The man reportedly told the woman he was going to smash her car, then backed his vehicle into hers. The man allegedly drove by again and smashed out a window with a flashlight. Police believe the man’s actions were related to an incident in Portland earlier that evening. Daniel Secord, 41, of Scarborough, was summonsed on a charge of assault and leaving the scene of an accident.
