8/20 at 3:11 a.m. Arthur Ginn, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on a warrant.

8/20 at 3:35 p.m. Brian Landry, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating without a license.

Sloshed

8/21 at 5:01 p.m. While on patrol near Bug Light, an officer saw a man at the South Portland boat ramp attempting to load a boat onto a trailer. The man was reportedly having a hard time, and at one point fell into the water. Suspecting the man may have been intoxicated, the officer called for backup and approached him. Following investigation, Thomas Foley, 54, of Westbrook, was arrested on a charge of operating a watercraft under the influence.
