8/15 at 6:19 p.m. Joshua Deschaine, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/18 at 2:12 p.m. Christopher Frank, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Hill Street by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of crime. 

8/19 at 12:23 a.m. Timothy J. Dennison, 33, of South Portland, was arrested on North Kelsey Street by Officer Jonathan Stearns on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release. 

8/19 at 5:05 p.m. Robert W. Simonton, 52, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

8/21 at 1:26 a.m. Harry H. Winning, 41, of Austin, Texas, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.
