8/10 at 1:07 a.m. Chelsea Libby, 31, of Arundel, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/10 at 4:13 p.m. Todd A. Gregory, 50, of Topsham, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/10 at 10:59 p.m. Damas K. Rugaba, 47, of South Portland, was arrested on Summit Terrace by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/12 at 8:46 p.m. Hassan Hassan, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Wermuth Road by Officer Brain McCarthy on a charge of violation of protection order. 

8/13 at 8:32 p.m. Christopher Bowman, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Kim Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/14 at 6:07 p.m. Ajoung Malual, 21, of Portland, was arrested on Red Oak Drive by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of assault. 

8/14 at 2:29 p.m. Mohammed Suja, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

8/15 at 7:20 p.m. Scott L. Henderson, 56, no address listed, was arrested on Henry Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/16 at 4:28 p.m. Lori L. Hummer, 49, of Gorham, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/17 at 12:13 a.m. Nathan D. Tompson, 26, of Athens, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Anthony Verville an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

8/17 at 3:13 p.m. Michael J. O’Rourke, 60, of South Portland, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

8/17 at 9:57 p.m. Megan Jackson, 29, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
