8/10 at 2:30 p.m. Abdoalmonim Kodi, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of assault.

8/12 at 1:36 a.m. Laura Gans, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Spring Street by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/12 at 5:29 p.m. Jesse M. Robbins, 25, of Scarborough, was arrested on Commercial Street in Portland by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of operating after license revocation for being a habitual offender.

8/13 at 9:36 p.m. Miroslav M. Petkov, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on the Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of exceeding the posted speed limit by at least 30 mph.

8/14 at 9:39 p.m. Rodica Harghel, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/15 at 2:43 a.m. Theodore Fournier, 33, of Portland, was arrested on South Kelsey Street by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of operating under the influence.
