7/31 at 12:29 p.m. Lee C. Richardson, 35, no address listed, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Ezekiel Collins on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/31 at 1:45 a.m. Omar D. K. Nyang, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Preble Street by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating without a license. 

8/4 at 5:16 p.m. Sarah L. Blanchard, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Erin Curry on charges of engaging in prostitution and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
