3/17 at 5:59 p.m. Zachary A. Cleaves, 34, of Scarborough, was arrested on Broadway by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/17 at 5:59 p.m. Robert Blake, 43, of Sebago, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Caleb Gray on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/18 at 7:43 p.m. John Tompkins, 32, of Farmington Falls, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
3/19 at 11:26 p.m. Elyse Uwera, 38, of South Portland, was arrested on Cole Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
3/22 at 1:45 a.m. Eric Coyne, 22, no address listed, was arrested on Garfield Circle by Michael Armstrong on charges of theft of services and assault.
3/23 at 12:47 p.m. Christopher M. Julian, 36, of Westbrook, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
3/23 at 4:27 p.m. Benjamin N. Erskine, 37, of Waldoboro, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Jeff Warren on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
