3/22 at 4:17 p.m. Jesse J. Dodge, 59, of Oxford, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/23 at 9:48 p.m. Barney J. Vega Arbuto, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Southwell Avenue by Officer Alfred Giusto on charges of domestic violence assault and assault.

3/24 at 6:41 p.m. Joseph Malarsie, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/25 at 1:11 a.m. Nathan Tuttle, 19, of Peaks Island, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on charges of presenting another’s license and a minor possessing liquor. 

3/25 at 7:56 a.m. Barney J. Vega Arbuto, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Southwell Avenue by Officer James Fahey on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/25 at 10:37 p.m. Rudiger Donschikowski, 65, of South Portland, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of domestic violence terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime.

3/27 at 5:24 a.m. Rachel A. Tanguay, 56, of South Portland, was arrested on Vincent Street by Officer Brian McCarthy an outstanding local warrant. 

3/28 at 2:15 p.m. Kevin Litchfield, 26, of Oxford, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/28 at 9:30 p.m. Joseph R. Mitchell, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Sgt. Adam Howard on charges of failing to give a correct name, violating conditions of release and an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/28 at 10:30 p.m. Matthew M. Marchard, 34, of Dayton, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/22 at 12:51 a.m. Jeffrey F. Varney, 24, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Interstate 295 by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of possession of marijuana.

3/23 at 12:28 a.m. James T. Black, 19, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Surfsite Road by Officer Kaitlyn Harper on a charge of a consumption of liquor by a minor.

3/25 at 2:39 p.m. An 11-year-old male of South Portland was issued a summons on Wescott Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of assault.

3/26 at 8:57 a.m. A 16-year-old male of South Portland was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of possession of tobacco products.

3/26 at 9:05 a.m. Jamie E. Scharz-McLain, 21, of Limerick, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/26 at 9:16 a.m. Celia Tuttle, 26, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

Just stopping by

3/28 at 10:16 p.m. Matthew Marchard, 34, of Dayton, effectively turned himself in for operating under the influence by driving directly into the police department parking lot. Officer Kevin Sager, who was parked nearby, was almost hit by Marchard’s pickup truck as he made his way around behind the former Armory. Sager then arrested Marchard.
