3/24 at 3:50 a.m. Joshua J. Magaw, 26, of Bowdoinham, was arrested on Gannett Drive by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of marijuana.

3/24 at 3:58 a.m. Wayne P. Blanchard, 27, of Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Shane Stephenson on a warrant.

Snakes on a brain

3/26 at 2:39 p.m. A distressed woman went to the police station with photographs she said showed there were snakes loose in her apartment. When an officer checked out the photos he didn’t see any snakes. Police offered the woman medical assistance, but she declined and went on her way.

3/30 at 12:02 a.m. Two people were eating pizza in a vehicle parked at Home Depot on Clarks Pond Road. Employees at Home Depot informed the pair that the parking lot was not open for such activity and the hungry motorists left.
