3/21 at 1:53 a.m. Lisa Berlucchi, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/22 at 9:31 a.m. Joshua Brady, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Ryan Le on charges of assault and violating conditions of release. 

3/22 at 4:44 a.m. Seth A. Boynton, 27, of Sanford, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

3/22 at 4:06 p.m. Yue Song, 26, of East Waterboro, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and failing to provide correct name, address or date of birth.

3/25 at 10:16 a.m. Corey Meserve, 30, of Buxton, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

3/25 at 4:26 p.m. Paul W. Smith, 53, of South Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
