4/12 at 12:31 a.m. Justin McInnis, 23, of Readfield, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

4/12 at 12:42 a.m. Kyle W. Epp, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating after habitual offender license revocation.

4/12 at 1:24 a.m. Eugene C. Wilcox, 43, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest and violating a bail condition of release.

4/14 at 1:24 a.m. James R. Carduff, 24, of West Reading, Pa., was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

When Cupidore strikes

4/21 at 6 p.m. Police said four 16-year-old females from New York City were detained at the Maine Mall after they allegedly attempted to pass over $1,000 worth of “clearly” counterfeit $100 bills. Andrew D. Cupidore, 20, of New York, allegedly brought the girls to Maine with the intent to use them to pass the bills and collect the real money received as change. Police Officer Jeffrey Warren found Cupidore hiding in a mall bathroom; he was charged with aggravated forgery and endangering the welfare of a child. Cupidore was taken to Cumberland County Jail, with bail set at $25,000. The girls were taken to Long Creek Youth Center.
