3/19 at 4:36 p.m. Nicholas E. Norton, 28, of Windham, was arrested on Soule Street by Officer Patricia Maynard on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/19 at 11:52 p.m. Bette Reilly, 37, of South Portland, was arrested on Alder Street by Officer Jesse Peasley on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/20 at 12:28 p.m. Jacques R. McQuillar, 52, of South Portland, was arrested on Rollins Way by Officer Theodore Sergeant on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/23 at 2:15 a.m. Jordan A. Lambert, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Columbus Avenue by Officer Jacob Lachance on an outstanding local warrant.
