2/7 at 11:44 a.m. David Malam, 44, of Buxton, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Paul Lambert on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and illegal possession of scheduled drugs.
2/7 at 8:06 p.m. Scott Day, 20, of Portland was arrested on a warrant by Officer Benjamin Macisso on Devereaux Circle.
2/7 at 11:53 p.m. Jacqueline Jacobson, 28, of Cumberland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence.
2/8 at 1:41 a.m. Paul Locke, 32, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/9 at 12:05 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Dispute leads to charges
2/12 at 9:48 a.m.
Police were called to a Main Street apartment for a domestic incident. When officers arrived, the disturbance had moved outside and a reportedly agitated woman tried to leave the area on foot. While she was being detained, the boyfriend allegedly grabbed an officer and the woman reportedly damaged the police cruiser. Erin Daly, 21, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrested and criminal mischief. Anthony Merrow, 20, was arrested on a charge of obstructing government administration.
Boy cited for doling pills
2/10 at 8:24 a.m.
Officer Allen Andrews summonsed a 14-year-old boy for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. The summons followed an investigation on Highland Avenue, which reportedly revealed the youth had furnished prescription pills to others on Feb. 6.
Wrong man arrested in mall carjacking
2/17 at 10:50 a.m.
Police were called to the Macy’s parking lot for an attempted abduction of a woman at gunpoint. When the 25-year-old woman refused to drive away, the suspect took the keys, let the woman go and drove off. Police later located the vehicle at the Main Street Howard Johnson’s and arrested Christopher Gallant, 42, who was identified by the victim and witnesses. Police later released Gallant after their investigation revealed he could not have committed the crime.
